Studiobuffery aims to deliver orders within four working days. Prints will be delivered in strong cardboard tubes. Greetings Cards and Calendars will be delivered in card reinforced packaging.

Original artworks vary in size and media and shipping requirements will, therefore, differ. Customers ordering original artworks will be contacted about the specific arrangements for that piece of art.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, or if you are not satisfied with the product, your money will be refunded in full. Please contact us before returning the item to the address below, in the condition it arrived, and in the original packaging to:
